The Murrow Project is a coalition of community leaders and public policy advisers whose combined purpose is to stop broadcast network’s news and opinion programming for use as propaganda tools of the Socialist, Fascist and Marxist interests and political parties in America.   To effect the goals of The Murrow Project,  it supports community based dissent, protest and consumer based actions directed at the economic base of broadcasters.  These efforts are to counter broadcaster support for socialistic agendas, propagandize news, and news based opinion directed to undermine the Republican form of Government in the United States and its Capitalistic economy.

Additionally, the Project seeks to engage regulatory and Congressional support for enforcement of law and regulation regarding the use of public airways to assure the delivery of news free of political propaganda and journalist opinion as news.

The Murrow Project utilizes public influence and legal remedy to bring about these ends. We are non partisan and do not support political parties. However we will oppose any political entity that seeks to subvert the United States by use and misuse of the public airways. To further the policy aims of the Murrow Project we will support political candidates  for National Congressional Office who support our issues for un bias use of the public airways and 1st. Amendment rights  now governed by the Federal Communication Commission.  We ask our members and observers to financially support our slate of selected candidates my making donations through this site.

We invite you to learn about the life of Edward R. Murrow and the historical impact he had on the development of electronic news gathering and ethical presentation. Perhaps he was the first to recognize the incredible power the small screen could have on public opinion.  He recognized and worked to  lead the newscasting industry to impose self discipline and self restraint pursuant to ethical standards in their daily work.  It was Edward R. Murrow’s establishment of such standards that brought about the deep trust the American public once had in the broadcast media.  He knew the damage to society that would be possible if television were to be misused or abused  in the delivery of news by those who worked in the medium every day.
